Sports Performance Training (Speed & Agility)

Unlock the full potential of young athletes with the YMCA’s Youth Sports Performance Training program. Our specialized training sessions are designed to enhance athletic abilities, foster a love for physical activity, and promote overall well-being in a fun and supportive environment. Led by our experienced coach, participants engage in age-appropriate exercises and drills that focus on agility, strength, coordination, and teamwork.

Classes: 

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays @ 5:15p – 6:30pm
