Welcome to the Y’s adult basketball league! Our league runs with a 6-week regular season followed by playoffs and a final championship game. Games are played at 7pm and 8pm on Monday nights here at the Y, and the games will have two referees and a scorekeeper!

Here are some of our league rules:

• 22min running clock halves
• Clock stops in the final 2min if the game is within 10 points
• Teams get three timeouts for the game (1min timeouts)
• 6 fouls per player
