Swim Lessons - Morning 2025

Our swim lessons program is designed in the below stages providing a structured progression for swimmers of different ages and skill levels. We do our best to foster your child’s individual needs and help them become a confident swimmer.

Refunds are only given as an account credit and must be requested by Thursday before the start of the class. Cancellation after Thursday will need a doctor’s note in order to receive an account credit.

Lessons are for kids 3yrs – 15yrs –

To get membership pricing you must register under your membership and NOT fast registration.

These classes are Monday and Wednesday at 12:00. Starts first Monday of the month and ends on the last Wednesday of the month.

Lessons ages 3yr – 12yrs

All levels welcome. Instructor teaches to individual child’s level not class level.

3years - 5 years.

VIEW

Child must be able to complete all listed items COMFORTABLY in their level to move up to the next one.

STARFISH

These Lessons are for children that have never took swim lessons before and unable to swim 5ft unassisted.

PEGUIN

Your child must be able to complete these tasks to be in this level.

Jump in pool, Back Float 10 seconds,3 Bobs, submerge for 3 seconds, Kick on Front/Back supported, Swim on Front for 5 ft. Unassisted, Front Streamline.

SEALS

Your child must be able to complete these tasks to be in this level.

Swim 20 ft on Front Unassisted, Swim 10 ft on Back Unassisted, Kicks on Front/Back Unassisted, Tread Water for 15 seconds, 10 Bobs, Climb up and down Pole, Front/ Back Streamline.

School Age Lessons 6yrs & up (45 min Classes in the Lap Pool)

Child must be able to complete all listed items COMFORTABLY in their level to move up to the next level.

If your child is unable to pass listed skills, then that is the level they should register for.

Beginner Level 1 – Lap Pool Lanes 1 & 2

Swim 15 ft. on Front Unassisted, Swim 15 ft on Back Unassisted, 10 Bobs, Tread Water for 20 seconds, Front/Back Streamline, Jump off Dive Block, and Pick up Dive Toy at 4ft

Developing Skills Level 2 – Lap Pool Lane 5

Swim 25yrds on Front Unassisted, Swim 25yrds on Back Unassisted, Kneeling Dive, Tread Water for 30 Seconds, Front Streamline and Swim, Back Streamline and Swim, Pick up Dive Toy at 5ft.

Building Endurance Level 3 – Lap Pool Lane 6

Swim 50yrds on Front Unassisted, Swim 50yrds on Back Unassisted, Standing Dive, Tread Water for 45 Seconds, Front Streamline 10 ft. and Swim, Back Streamline 10ft and Swim, Front/Back Flip Turns, Swim 25yrds of Breaststroke.

Advanced Stroke Level 4 – Lap Pool Lane 6

Swim 50yrds on Front with Side Breathing, Swim 50yrd on Back Standing, Swim 50yrd of Breaststroke, Standing dive off Dive Blocks, Front/ Back Flip Turns, Back Streamline 25yrds.
