Program: YMCA NFL Flag Football: Spring ’26

Days/Times: Practices are on weeknights and games are on Saturday mornings/afternoons

Ages: 4-13 (No games for 4yr age division; only practices)

Price: $110/members and $120/guests (Jersey cost included)

The YMCA NFL Flag Football program is a dynamic and engaging team sport that offers an inclusive experience for participants of all ages and skill levels. As a modified version of American tackle football, YMCA NFL Flag Football is a recreational program that is low-contact and has a primary focus on teamwork, skill building and having fun! Designed to promote a safe, fun, and enjoyable environment, our program is open to both boys and girls.

Additional Info:

• 8-week season (Two practices each week and six games on Saturdays)
• Schedules: Practice schedules will be released once registration is closed and the teams are formed. Games are played at the YMCA; some teams may practice at local schools if needed
• Equipment: We provide all of the equipment; you will just need athletic clothing and shoes. Cleats are not required but are acceptable to wear.
• Coaches: All of our youth sports teams are coached by volunteers in the community, primarily parents or relatives of participants. If you would like to be a volunteer coach for this program, please answer “yes” to the registration question below, and we will reach out to work with you on the next steps.
