The YMCA NFL Flag Football program is a dynamic and engaging team sport that offers an inclusive experience for participants of all ages and skill levels. As a modified version of American tackle football, YMCA NFL Flag Football is a recreational program that is low-contact and has a primary focus on teamwork, skill building and having fun! Designed to promote a safe, fun, and enjoyable environment, our program is open to both boys and girls ranging from age 4 up to 13. The 4-year-old division is practices only, no games. Registration closes August 31st!

Season Dates: September 15th – November 8th (8-week season with practices 2x a week and 6 games on Saturdays)
