Program: YMCA Volleyball Academy

Session Dates: Monthly program

Days/Times: 

• Beginners: Fridays from 5pm-6pm
• Intermediate/Advanced: Fridays from 6pm-7:30pm

Ages: No specific age guidelines; participants typically range from 6-12

Price: 

• Beginners: $40/month
• Intermediate/Advanced: $50/month for members and $60/month for guests

Registration Deadline: There is no registration deadline for this program

YMCA Volleyball Academy is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game in a fun and encouraging environment. Participants will learn essential skills such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting through drills, games, and guided instruction. This is an instructional program, not a league, so the emphasis is on skill development.

Additional Info:

• Equipment: Participants will need knee pads and athletic clothing/shoes
• If you are not sure whether to join the beginners or the intermediate/advanced division, we recommend starting with the beginners class and evaluate from there whether you want to move up or not
